Administration of the company is managed by the owner and CEO of the company. Managing and organizing of the other team is done by the administration team. Administration team assist in Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.

Finance

Our Finance team duties are preparing invoices, balance sheet, and budgets. They are working hard to manage records and receipt with reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.

Sales

Our sales team is responsible for taking inquiries from the clients and give the rate and offer to them. They are also responsible for negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Operation
